The work towards  body sovereignty

What is body sovereignty?

Body sovereignty is the right each human has to their own body. The right to protect, feel, connect, take up space, and to own. It burns bright, rebelling against oppressive and culturally promoted body based ideals, and thrives in autonomous empowerment.

Unfortunately for some of us, this right was not freely given, our fires snuffed out. Are you ready to find your fire and start your journey towards body sovereignty? Click below to schedule via my online booking service.
